Job Title: Senior Manager Intellectual Property

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager with a strong background in Intellectual Property Law to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have 8-9+ years of experience in managing IP for large consumer brands and possess a deep understanding of trademark, copyright, design law, and basic patents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for advising stakeholders on trademarks, copyrights, patents, and designs from ideation to execution. This includes leading IP clearance searches, reviewing packaging and marketing materials for compliance, and guiding teams on risk mitigation in IP usage.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Senior Manager will manage end-to-end IP disputes and litigations, advise stakeholders on IP risks and mitigation strategies, and monitor company domain names and social media handles from an IP protection standpoint.

Requirements:

  • LLB or LLM from a recognized university; specialization in Intellectual Property Law preferred
  • 8-9+ years of relevant experience in managing IP for large consumer brands
  • Strong legal acumen in trademark, copyright, design law, and basic patents
  • Experience with IP enforcement and litigation management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
