We are seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Analyst to join our team in a dynamic environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on the renewal of clients' IP rights and contribute to the success of our global operations.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing activities related to the renewal of clients' portfolios of IP Rights based on client requests within agreed turnaround times and adhering to quality standards. This involves processing allocated work as per work instructions, team alignment, task priority, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review case status on respective renewals systems and interpret client requests.
  • Act according to work instructions, considering exception handling, and forward output generated for quality checking.
  • Acknowledge completion of work to supervisors and clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-2 years of experience in operations.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good interpretation and comprehension skills.
  • Ability to use MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications

Postgraduate or Master's degree holders with 2-3 years of experience in operations who have advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Excel, are highly desirable. Additionally, we seek individuals who are self-starters with the ability to multitask and prioritize across projects to meet deadlines, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and can work independently and collaboratively within a team.
