Senior Patent Litigator

We are seeking a highly skilled Patent Litigation Attorney to represent clients in complex patent disputes. The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of experience and strong technical expertise in Electronics, Computer Science, or IT, along with proven litigation experience before courts.

  • Represent clients in patent litigation matters before various courts, providing expert legal counsel and advocacy services.
  • Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist senior attorneys in all aspects of litigation preparation, including discovery, deposition preparation, and trial support, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Manage client relationships, communicate effectively with clients regarding case status and strategy, and provide timely updates on progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with developments in patent law and procedural rules, applying knowledge to optimize results for clients.
  • Collaborate with team members and other practice groups within the organization, leveraging collective expertise to achieve shared goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Admission to the Bar in [state/country] and good standing.
  • 4-7 years of experience in patent litigation, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong familiarity with patent law and procedures, as well as ability to adapt to changing regulations.
  • Experience with High Court procedures and litigation processes, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills, with ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree (e.g., master's or PhD) in Engineering or related field, demonstrating advanced knowledge and expertise.
  • Prior experience with patent prosecution, allowing for holistic understanding of patent law and its applications.
  • Experience with technology-related litigation beyond patent matters, broadening scope of knowledge and expertise.
