Job Title:

Lead Mechanical Design Engineer

Key Deliverables and Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality mechanical component designs and simulations using industry-leading tools.
  • Oversee technical reviews, design documentation, and project cost/schedule estimations to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Mentor junior engineers, promote knowledge sharing through best practices, and facilitate continuous growth.
  • Drive innovation and represent the organization in external technical forums, showcasing expertise and promoting excellence.
  • Review and validate design outputs for strength, heat transfer, and flow analysis to guarantee accuracy and reliability.
  • Coordinate with PEs, engineering leadership, and certification experts to achieve seamless collaboration and successful project outcomes.
  • Participate in external engagements, foster partnerships, and promote technical excellence across industries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in mechanical component design and simulation using industry-standard tools like Ansys.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with PEs, engineering leadership, and certification experts.
  • Ability to drive innovation, participate in external engagements, and promote technical excellence.
