Culinary Director

Our culinary organization is looking for a seasoned Senior Culinary Leader to direct our kitchen. The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of experience in the culinary field, overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

• Supervise daily kitchen operations and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Develop and implement new menu items and seasonal offerings based on market trends and customer preferences.
• Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations.
• Control food costs and manage inventory effectively to minimize waste.
• Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients at competitive prices.
• Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining a consistent dining experience.

• Proven experience as a Senior Culinary Leader or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting.
• Strong culinary skills with a deep understanding of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to create and manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resources.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with kitchen staff and management.
