About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Sourcing Lead to join our Governance department in Bangalore, India. As a key member of our Sourcing team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our digital sourcing strategy, driving operational sourcing management activities, and fostering synergies across domains in Airbus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Closely collaborate with stakeholders to identify subcontractor requirements and handle sub-contractor screening and interview processes.
  • Initiate PREQ to secure timely Purchase Order release and perform on-time Goods receipt to enable payments to suppliers.
  • Conduct effective supplier weekly governance, publish MoM & drum beating actions, and prepare monthly and quarterly reports on vendor performance.
  • Maintain interview trackers, Subcon lifecycle trackers, PREQ-PO trackers, and Sourcing spend data.
  • Implement deliverables of Sourcing Strategic projects through shaping the Supplier landscape and contributing to Supplier selection during the Call for Tender (CFT) phase.
  • Drive operational sourcing management activities, including governance, to foster rationalization & increase business value with key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Agile, proactive, and inquisitive mindset.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills and ability to adjust communication style to all levels of the organization.
  • Business acumen to understand the impact of sourcing in the Digital challenges.
  • Knowledge of Information Services (IS) / Information Technology (IT) processes & digital trends (Cloud, SaaS,..) would be a plus.
  • Understanding of procurement & supplier management processes and Contract management experience.
  • High level of emotional intelligence, good listening, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Negotiation level of English.
  • Experience with Gsuite, ServiceNow tool, ClicknBuy tool is a plus.
