We are seeking a diligent Senior Quality Assurance Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing automated testing strategies to ensure the high-quality delivery of our software products.

In this role, you will work closely with our development team to design and develop automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and related tools/frameworks. You will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather detailed test requirements and fully understand application functionality.

To be successful in this position, you must have strong knowledge of testing processes and methodologies, as well as proven experience in automation testing using Selenium WebDriver. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C# is also essential. Additionally, you should have experience with automation frameworks such as TestNG, BDD, and Cucumber, as well as understanding of API testing and tools like Postman.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement automated testing strategies to ensure high-quality delivery of software products.

  • Work closely with development team to identify and resolve functional and technical issues.
  • Continuously enhance and optimize test automation frameworks, tools, and processes for scalability and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree / BE/B.Tech or equivalent in a technical field.
  • Strong knowledge of testing processes and methodologies.
  • Proven experience in automation testing using Selenium WebDriver.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#.
  • Experience with automation frameworks such as TestNG, BDD, and Cucumber.
  • Understanding of API testing and tools like Postman.
  • Hands-on experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling.
  • Good working knowledge of Agile development processes.
  • Familiarity with defect management tools like JIRA.
