Job Title: Knowledge Transfer & Management Manager

Are you a seasoned professional looking to drive knowledge-sharing excellence across an organization? Do you have experience in training and learning & development roles?

As a Manager – Knowledge Transfer & Management, you will play a key role in designing and implementing a comprehensive roadmap for knowledge transfer and management. You will ensure critical process knowledge is captured, standardized, and effectively disseminated across teams during transitions and platform changes.

This role involves collaborating with GBS leadership, GPOs, RPCs, and Tower Leads to identify skill gaps and any training needs. You will develop and maintain training content, manuals, and e-learning modules for various operational applications/platforms/ERPs. Conducting engaging training sessions (virtual and in-person) for new hires, upskilling, and process changes is also part of this role.

The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of experience in Shared Services Organization/GBS/GCC, with 3+ years in training or learning & development roles. A Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR/Training (Finance/Accounts is a plus) and certifications like CPTM/ATD are required. Experience working in shared services, global finance operations, or transformation environments is an advantage.

Key Skills Include:

  • Exceptional understanding of the critical success factors for GBS as a reliable, effective, and efficient business service provider.
  • Familiarity with compliance, audit requirements, and internal controls.
  • Strong working knowledge of Oracle Financials, MSD, and Invevo platforms, SuccessFactors including data migration.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
