About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team at ELGi Equipments Limited, a global leader in compressed air systems manufacturing. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for collecting, tracking, and managing all incoming enquiries, ensuring accurate and timely data is maintained across tracking systems and the CRM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Collection and Management: Collect and manage inbound inquiries data from various sources, maintain, clean, and update enquiry data in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy, and validate and verify the accuracy of enquiry data before entering it into the system.
  • Enquiry Tracking and Status Updates: Regularly update the Product enquiries, Parts Enquiries and resource download tracker (product-wise), ensuring accurate records of each enquiry, including customer details, enquiry type, date received, Source details, and enquiry status.
  • Process Improvement and Strategy Development: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the inquiry management workflow and recommend solutions, develop and implement SOPs to streamline inquiry handling and response processes, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the inquiry management strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a MIS or Data Management support role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Fresh marketer, HubSpot, or similar tools).

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data insights, experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated ₹750,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
