Requirements

We are looking for a data scientist and AI/ML engineer with hands-on expertise in voice AI, natural language processing, and scalable machine learning, model fine-tuning.

Strong startup experience and an entrepreneurial mindset are required. Comfortable with rapid iteration, ambiguity, and doing whatever it takes to win.

Passion for building technology that changes the world by transforming customer engagement through AI.

Proven ability to deploy AI models into production and fine-tune them using real-world data, ideally demonstrated by successes in voice or conversational AI.

Hands-on technical leader who thrives in a co-founder role, balancing visionary strategy with deep technical execution.
