Job Title:

Senior Gen AI Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Gen AI Architect to lead the development and deployment of Generative AI technologies within our global supply chain.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of cloud services and tools, including Azure Machine Learning, Vertex AI, and LLM python libraries such as langchain and promptflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement state-of-the-art GenAI & Agents technologies and best practices.
  • Designing scalable, secure, and cost-effective Gen AI solutions to meet current and future business needs.
  • Leading troubleshooting of AI application issues, working closely with infrastructure teams and application owners.

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Leading internal and external developers to deliver on the Generative AI roadmap, providing technical guidance.
  • Leading discussions and using quantitative skills to positively influence decision making.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

  • Identifying opportunities to apply the latest advancements in Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Working with cross-functional teams to define and deliver features in an iterative manner.

Security and Compliance:

  • Ensuring all AI solutions adhere to security best practices and AI governance standards.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in IT, including 5+ years in at least 2 AI domains: NLP, NLG, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, etc.
  • Higher degree (PhD preferred) in Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Bioinformatics, or related field.

Technical Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of cloud services and tools, including Azure Machine Learning, Vertex AI, and LLM python libraries.
  • Experience with fine-tuning/training of Large Language Models.

Soft Skills:

  • Demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
