Expertise in Generative AI is highly sought after for the role of Senior Gen AI Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python programming and deep technical expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.

Your Expertise in Our Mission
  • Implement scalable RAG systems using Python and modern Gen AI tools, ensuring seamless integration with large language models.
  • Develop custom pipelines for document ingestion, chunking strategies, and embedding generation, leveraging knowledge in LlamaIndex.
  • Evaluate and implement different embedding models and chunking strategies to optimize indexing performance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data engineers, product managers, and domain experts to drive business outcomes.
What We're Looking For
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Python development.
  • Hands-on experience with RAG-based Gen AI solutions, including knowledge of prompt engineering and managing custom Copilot extensions.
  • Strong understanding of vector databases, embedding techniques, and Azure AI services.
  • Proficiency with version control and collaborative development using GitHub.
