We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Asset and Cost Manager.

Job Description

This role involves overseeing the management of network operations expenses (OPEX) and ensuring that costs are accurately budgeted and tracked. The successful candidate will be responsible for validating rent, energy bills, and lease line/POI/Fibre bills from various vendors, managing vehicle costs, circle AMC's, regular O&M bills, and other operational expenses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate all vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage and optimize network OPEX requirements within the circle, working closely with central technology and finance teams to review OPEX reduction plans.
  • Generate monthly reports for management and collaborate with stakeholders on budget activities.
Core Competencies:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in network operations.
  • 4-5 years of experience in handling Network OPEX and Network Budget activities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to correlate technical activities with financial impact.
  • Technical qualifications: Telecom Engineer with sound knowledge of telecom equipment, finance, and Opex budgeting.
