About the Role

This position involves collaborating closely with engineering teams to implement product strategy. The individual will crystallize target customer needs and translate them into technical product requirements, defining product use cases from various perspectives.

Responsibilities include close collaboration with market-facing Product Managers to define feature roadmaps and releases, prioritizing direction for the Engineering team on features and maintenance. Additionally, knowledge of competitive offerings is essential for delivering market-leading products with sustainable differentiation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in releasing enterprise commercial software or service products, with a strong background in security-based products or cloud services. A good understanding of the security and software marketplace is required, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crystallize customer needs into technical product requirements
  • Define product use cases from end-user, administrator, and service operator perspectives
  • Collaborate with market-facing Product Managers on feature roadmaps and releases
  • Prioritize Engineering team efforts on features and maintenance
  • Maintain knowledge of competitive offerings
  • Agile product ownership in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience with 5+ years of product ownership experience
  • Strong background in security-based products or cloud services
  • Good understanding of security and software marketplace
  • Excellent communication skills
