About the Role:

 

  • Provide visionary leadership, guiding and mentoring junior Product Owners to achieve collective success.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management to influence strategic visions, roadmaps, business strategies, and marketing initiatives.
  • Forge strong partnerships with Engineering Manager to understand team needs and champion them within Product Management.
  • Lead the development of methodologies and best practices, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Actively participate in management reviews and presentations as needed, showcasing expertise and thought leadership.
  • Design solutions to real-world market problems identified by Product Management's roadmap, leveraging creativity and innovation.
  • Implement agile methodologies to fully develop solutions via story breakdown and agile ceremonies as a key member of an agile team.
  • Communicate priorities and goals at the beginning of each sprint, aligning with release goals, roadmap, and associated timelines dependencies.
  • Contribute to feature discovery with customers and the market, using insights to drive valuable solutions and customer-centric decisions.
  • Maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog of work for the development team, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal results.
  • Serve as the champion of the customer experience, partnering with UX design, product counterparts, and professional Services to deliver exceptional user experiences across all touchpoints.
  • Stay informed about Product Management's business strategy and effectively execute it with agile development teams.
  • Monitor KPI metrics and drive continuous improvements within the agile team, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
