Research Executive Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Research Executive to join our team.

Job Description:

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in research proposal development, field work material preparation, questionnaire design, project management, client servicing, time management, collaboration, and new initiative development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Develop and implement research proposals that meet objectives, methodologies, and sample plans.
  • Prepare robust and error-free materials for field work launches, including brief notes, budgets, and show cards.
  • Understand the basics of questionnaire design, flow, filters, routing, and different scales. Prepare high-quality questionnaires for simple projects.
  • Digitalize questionnaires with scripting teams.
  • Plan and execute projects, understanding timelines and sharing research study prerequisites with project management teams.
  • Debrief interviewers and POG teams on studies and questionnaires.
  • Finalize estimates, costing, and budgeting for projects.
  • Launch online projects in necessary software.
  • Prepare analysis plans for simple projects by analyzing data and preparing code lists.
  • Coordinate with project management and field teams.
  • Manage timely quotas.
  • Assist seniors in preparing presentations and submitting invoices.
  • Manage clients independently for routine matters, addressing ongoing queries.
  • Attend client meetings, take notes, and prepare minutes.
  • Provide accurate insights and deliverables to clients.
  • Develop awareness of categories, brands, or industries.
  • Generate client satisfaction scores and testimonials.
  • Follow up with support teams, adhering to timelines.
  • Submit client deliverables promptly.
  • Manage and multitask project activities.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, collaborating across teams.
  • Upgrade skills for professional and organizational growth.
  • Stay updated on client businesses and categories.
