Job Description:

As a seasoned BIM professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of multiple Architecture, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting) projects simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple BIM projects concurrently.

You will develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and workflows to optimize project delivery, while providing guidance and mentorship to project teams.

  • Project Management:

    • Develop and implement project strategies to ensure timely completion and within budget.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential project risks.

  • Client Engagement:

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.

    • Attend client meetings to understand project requirements and provide solutions-driven advice.

  • Business Development:

    • Contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them.

    • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to stay ahead of the competition.

  • Budget and Timeline Oversight:

    • Monitor and control project budgets, expenses, and timelines to ensure optimal resource allocation.

    • Implement process improvements to streamline project operations and reduce costs.

  • Best Practices Implementation:

    • Establish and maintain industry-leading BIM standards and best practices within the organization.

    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement among team members, encouraging innovation and creativity.

Must be well-versed in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360, with experience in managing large-scale projects.
