Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a senior-level position in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. This is a full-time employment opportunity requiring a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record in managing restaurant operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring all shifts run smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead, motivate, and manage staff, providing training and support as needed to maintain high performance levels.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing and resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Manage inventory levels, placing orders for supplies and ingredients as needed to meet business demands.
- Prepare and manage budgets, including forecasting and controlling costs to meet financial targets.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the restaurant.
- Analyze restaurant performance and implement strategies for improvement.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure the timely delivery and quality of supplies and ingredients.
Requirements
- Proven experience of at least 7 years as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food service industry.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage a team effectively and optimize restaurant operations.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with guests and ensure their satisfaction.
- Experience in inventory management, including ordering, stockkeeping, and maintaining inventory levels.
- Ability to provide hands-on staff training to ensure high performance, proper adherence to procedures, and excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management to ensure the restaurant meets its revenue goals.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices to maintain compliance and ensure customer safety.
Salary Range: ₹6,00,000 - ₹10,00,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
