We are seeking a skilled Cloud Database Expert to join our team as we continue to expand our cloud-based services. In this role, you will design and implement database architecture and solutions for clients using Microsoft SQL and Oracle on cloud platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • You will lead client workshops to gather requirements, define database architecture, and develop solutions for Oracle and MS SQL on Cloud.
  • Plan, design, implement, and maintain database environments on AWS (RDS, EC2, S3, etc.).
  • Develop and optimize database structures to ensure data integrity, performance, and security.
  • You will provide integration support with third-party monitoring systems and administer Linux and Windows environments for database deployments.
  • Familiarity with Virtual Machines (AWS EC2) and container technologies (Docker, etc.) is a plus.
  • You will use consultative techniques to engage with clients and effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on expertise in Installation & Configuration, Schema handling, User and Security Management, Backup & Restore, and Database Administration for MS SQL & Oracle.
  • Architect-level knowledge of Server Security, DR Replication monitoring/configuration, High Availability (HA), Failover, and Replication.
  • Strong knowledge in setting up MS SQL & Oracle in HA architecture.
  • Experience with JDBC connection pools and database integration preferred.
  • Familiarity with 3-tier architectures and ensuring compliance with contractual SLAs.
