Lead Investment Advisor

A Lead Investment Advisor will directly manage a portfolio of High-Net-Worth (HNI) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNI) clients, offering end-to-end investment advisory and wealth management solutions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee the growth of client relationships, expand their investment portfolios, and ensure alignment with market conditions and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop long-term partnerships with HNI/UHNI clients, family offices, and senior professionals to drive revenue growth and expansion.
    • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals, risk appetite, and wealth planning requirements.
    • Regularly review and adjust clients' portfolios to optimize returns and mitigate risks.
  • Wealth Advisory & Solutions:
    • Provide expert advice on a wide range of investment products, including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Structured Products, and Insurance.
    • Design personalized wealth plans, focusing on tax-efficient strategies, succession planning, and comprehensive financial guidance.
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging investment opportunities.
  • Business Growth & Revenue Generation:
    • Meet or exceed individual performance targets through proactive client engagement and relationship expansion.
    • Cultivate cross-selling and upselling opportunities across our wealth management and third-party product suite.
    • Maximize referrals and networking to augment existing client bases.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
    • Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations and compliance standards.
    • Foster transparent, ethical, and client-centric practices throughout all business interactions.
    • Minimize operational and investment risks by adhering to company policies and best practices.
