Product Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from development to delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Develop and maintain detailed product requirements documents
  • Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure timely and efficient product delivery
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed
  • Manage product costs, timelines, and quality standards to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and familiarity with project management tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
