Job Opportunity: Payroll and Accounting Specialist

At our organization, we are seeking an experienced professional to oversee end-to-end U.S. and India payroll operations.

We require the candidate to have hands-on experience using Intuit QuickBooks and other payroll platforms, with a deep understanding of federal and state payroll compliance.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll cycles, as well as managing invoicing, tax filing, and collaborating across departments.

The selected individual will work closely with the HR and Finance teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll documentation.

The role requires effective communication skills to ensure timely and accurate payment to clients.

Bonus Payroll Operations Tasks:

  • Process W2, 1099, and C2C employee payroll using Intuit QuickBooks and other tools.
  • Collect timesheets from the HR Department, validate hours, and ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Reconcile payroll records and assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
  • Manage vendor payments and maintain current accounts receivable and payable records.
  • Apply for and manage state-specific taxes.

Able to Adapt and Grow:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve any payroll discrepancies.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
