We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analysis Professional to play a pivotal role in transforming business processes and enhancing operational efficiency.

Job Description
  • Ambitious business analyst sought to bridge business stakeholders with AI technical teams, driving AI opportunities that deliver measurable business value.
  1. Key Responsibilities:
  • Discover and prioritize AI/ML use cases that align with business goals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate business requirements into actionable AI solutions.
  • Presentation of findings and recommendations to senior leadership, driving informed business decisions.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for AI projects, tracking project outcomes and business impact.
  • Liaise between business units and technical teams, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and communication.
  • Ensure AI solutions comply with ethical standards, data privacy laws, and regulatory requirements, upholding a commitment to responsible innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred.
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in business analysis, with at least 1-2 years' experience in AI/ML projects.
  • Technical proficiency in AI/ML concepts (e.g., NLP, computer vision, generative AI), Python, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI, and understanding of AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI).
  • Strong business acumen, ability to align AI initiatives with organizational goals, excellent communication and storytelling skills, critical thinking and problem-solving mindset, and project management capabilities.
