Job Role

A seasoned Oracle Utilities expert is sought to fill a key position as an Architect/Techno-Functional Consultant.

The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the C2M suite, including CC&B and MDM, Service and Asset-based architecture within C2M, Field Service Integration, Smart Grid Gateway (SGG), and meter-to-cash processes.

Technical Requirements

  • Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, and Oracle MFT
  • Experience with Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architecture
  • Strong experience in data modeling, batch processing, schema design, and validation rules within Oracle Utilities applications
  • Understanding of Oracle Database, SQL/PLSQL, and performance optimization techniques

Architectural and Leadership Skills

  • Enterprise utility architecture design experience
  • Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and architecture blueprints
  • Proven track record of delivering Oracle Utilities solutions in large-scale utility implementations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — both technical and business-facing
  • Capability to lead cross-functional teams and conduct architecture reviews and workshops
  • Risk identification and mitigation planning in solution delivery

The successful candidate should be able to provide expertise in meter-to-cash processes, customer information systems, meter data management, and field service integration. Experience with OUAF is highly desirable.
