Interior Execution Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Interior Execution Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in overseeing the successful completion of interior projects from planning to handover.

Your expertise will ensure timely and high-quality delivery that meets design specifications and client expectations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Supervision: Lead daily site operations for interior fit-outs and renovations, guaranteeing compliance with safety standards and project timelines.
  • Client Liaison: Collaborate with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution and satisfaction.
  • Design Review: Interpret design drawings, providing technical input and quality checks to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle, prioritizing the well-being of clients and team members.
  • Project Monitoring: Track progress, address on-site challenges, and prepare site reports to maintain transparency and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • 1–4 years' experience in interior project/site execution (residential, commercial, or hospitality projects preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of interior finishes, installation standards, and construction processes
  • Working proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and team coordination skills
