Compliance Specialist

  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to develop, implement, and maintain effective compliance frameworks that align with national and international laws.

This role will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic decision-making is backed by robust legal foundations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in contract drafting, negotiations, and compliance frameworks. Experience with Space Law, International Law, and UN Treaties is a significant advantage.

About the Role:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements to ensure enforceability, clarity, and risk mitigation.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant national and international laws, including Contract Law, Civil Law, Companies Act, and UN treaties.
  • Develop and maintain legal templates, SOPs, and repositories to streamline processes and reduce turnaround time.
  • Support management of the company's intellectual property portfolio and contribute to internal policy development for digital and physical assets.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law (3-year LLB or 5-year integrated program) from a recognized institution.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in a law firm or in-house legal team, preferably within the space, aerospace, or technology sectors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
