Job Role: Digital Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and data-driven professional to drive revenue growth for our direct-to-consumer brands. The ideal candidate should be adept at managing paid media campaigns across various platforms, optimizing ad spends for maximum return on investment (ROI), and driving measurable revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies that deliver results across multiple channels including Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Amazon Ads, Snapchat, and emerging platforms.
  • Create full-funnel marketing plans tailored to the needs of D2C brands.
  • Manage daily budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure efficient delivery and maximize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creative assets, audience targeting, and landing page optimization.
  • Optimize ad funnels to reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC) and improve return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance website conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and attribution platforms.
  • Provide regular performance dashboards with actionable insights.
  • Forecast revenue growth, CAC, and ROI based on historical data and industry benchmarks.
  • Research consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities.
  • Build and scale targeted audiences using lookalike, retargeting, and interest-based models.
  • Create customer cohorts and lifecycle marketing campaigns to increase customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Guide creative teams in developing compelling ad content and messaging.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and seasonal events.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new marketing formats, platforms, and growth strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the D2C e-commerce space.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) including ROAS, CAC, CLV, and retention rates.
  • Proven track record of scaling D2C marketing campaigns with significant revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
