Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee our underground mining project. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project management, operational excellence, safety and compliance, stakeholder management, team leadership and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion and budgetary goals are met.
  • Implement best practices and innovative mining technologies to optimize operations and drive productivity and efficiency.
  • Champion a 'safety-first' culture and ensure strict compliance with all regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree (B.E. or B.Tech.) in Mining Engineering from a reputable institution.
  • Certification: Must possess a valid First Class Mines Manager's Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted) issued by DGMS.
  • Experience: A minimum of 15-20 years of progressive experience in mechanized underground metal mining operations.
