Job Title: SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing Consultant

A dynamic and experienced SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing Consultant is required to implement and support sourcing solutions across projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite with a focus on Guided Sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and Support: Design, implement and support SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing solutions across multiple projects.
  • Design and Configure: Lead the design, configuration and deployment of sourcing processes including RFx, Auctions, Supplier Management.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Ariba solutions.
  • End-to-End Sourcing Projects: Support end-to-end sourcing projects including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, training and post-go-live support.
  • Integration with ERP Systems: Ensure smooth integration with ERP systems such as SAP ECC or S/4 HANA.
  • Workshops and Training: Conduct workshops, prepare functional documents and deliver user training.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Guided Sourcing and sourcing modules.
  • Stay Updated: Stay updated with new features in Ariba Guided Sourcing and share best practices with the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite, with at least 2+ years in Guided Sourcing.
  • Strong knowledge of Sourcing, Contract Management and Supplier Lifecycle Performance modules.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration, templates, event creation (RFx, Auctions) and workflows in Guided Sourcing.
  • Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process and integration points.
  • Experience in working with SAP ECC or S/4 HANA integration.
  • Strong communication, client interaction and problem-solving skills.
  • Certification in SAP Ariba (Sourcing/Procurement) is an added advantage.

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of Ariba Contracts, Ariba Buying & Invoicing.
  • Exposure to upstream & downstream Ariba modules.
  • Previous experience in global implementation/rollout projects.
