We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the management of our private label products. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with various teams, including customers, product teams, and internal teams to ensure seamless product tests, packaging tests, factory audits, artwork review, and invoicing processes.

The ideal candidate should have experience in catalog management and supply chain management, with strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly. Basic knowledge of popular Microsoft Office programs is also essential.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Private Label Management for MSI SKUs
  • Utilize clients' portal for private label SKU onboarding and management
  • Coordinate with Customer, Product team, and Internal team to manage product tests, packaging tests, factory audits, artwork review, and invoicing processes
  • Maintain quality control measures to ensure Private Label products meet established standards
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement
  • Coordinate Repack and Relabel process with warehouse teams
  • Additional work/task provided by the team lead related to your team

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline with overall 1-2 years of experience in Catalog Management and Supply Chain Management
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
  • Basic knowledge of popular Microsoft Office programs (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; create content and prepare reports
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Demonstrate sound work ethics
  • Flexible to work in Night shift
