Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned wealth management professional to spearhead the successful implementation of a digital wealth platform.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of private banking and wealth management, ensuring business requirements are accurately captured, regulatory compliance is maintained, and customer journeys are delivered effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead as the primary domain expert for wealth management, private banking, and digital advisory.
  • Interpret and validate business requirements across modules:
    • Customer Overview & Net Worth Analytics
    • Investment & Cash Accounts
    • Portfolio Management and Tracking
    • Wealth Planning & Goal-Based Investing
    • Digital Advisory Journeys
  • Ensure platform capabilities align with:
    • Customer onboarding & KYC
    • Order placement and settlements
    • Reporting and analytics
    • Vendor integrations (e.g., IVS, GTN)

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with business, compliance, and product teams to define requirements.
  • Liaise with technology and vendor partners to ensure domain needs are met.
  • Provide training, documentation, and domain guidance to internal teams.

Regulatory & Compliance:

  • Ensure alignment with global and regional frameworks such as MiFID II, FATCA, CRS, AML, and KYC.
  • Validate wealth journeys against compliance and risk profiling standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Investment products (equities, ETFs, structured products, robo portfolios)
    • Portfolio performance metrics and reporting
    • Risk profiling and goal-based investing
  • Familiarity with digital wealth platforms (Comarch, Temenos, Avaloq, InvestCloud, Finacle Wealth, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Experience with customer onboarding, digital advisory, and portfolio aggregation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Middle East or global private banking clients.
  • Involvement in wealth platform transformation projects.

  • Effective stakeholder management and ability to influence senior business leaders.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in complex regulatory environments.
