Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Production Manager to join our team and lead the production process.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing operations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage resources efficiently.

We are seeking a professional who can oversee the entire production cycle, from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with internal teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Developing and implementing effective production plans, scheduling, and monitoring to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Preparing and reviewing production documents for new products in line with quality guidelines.
  • Oversight of approved manufacturing processes and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Leading quality assessments and addressing customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Supervising and training production personnel to foster a disciplined and safe working environment.
  • Managing resource allocation, productivity, and cost control to optimize performance.
  • Collaborating with warehouse, quality control, and procurement teams for efficient workflow.
  • Communicating with external vendors and managing outsourced production for timely delivery.
  • Maintaining and monitoring inventory of raw materials and managing stock procurement.
  • Preparing and analyzing production reports, cycle times, and capacity utilization.
  • Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and maintaining operational harmony on the production floor.
  • Supporting production planning, budgeting, and contributing to continuous process improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of core production experience in leather accessories within an export house environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; graduates from premier institutions preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of production processes, time and action calendars (TNA), and project management.
  • Demonstrated leadership, team management, and people-handling skills.
  • Proficiency in sourcing fabrics, trims, and managing vendor relationships.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of punctuality, dedication, and a proactive approach to challenges.
