Senior School Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior School Business Development Manager to join our team at JobsClap. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth in school partnerships and achieving individual sales targets.
About the Role:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with school leaders and management to promote tourism programs effectively.
- Collaborate with school groups and educational chains to establish tourism as their preferred travel and adventure partner.
- Represent the organization at school events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.
- Recruit, train, and lead a dedicated school sales team to expand outreach and drive sales performance.
- Work alongside the operations team during camps to ensure smooth and efficient program delivery.
- Record and track daily sales activities using CRM and other management systems to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- Provide ongoing support to clients and internal teams to address needs and resolve challenges.
- Maintain and organize all files, records, and documentation to ensure seamless access and compliance.
- Adhere to organizational policies, updating processes as needed to align with new guidelines and strategies.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in school sales, preferably in the tourism, travel, or related industries.
- Postgraduate degree preferred, with a focus on Marketing, Travel, or Sports Management being an added advantage.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship management capabilities.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple responsibilities.
- Passion for the travel and tourism sector, with a commitment to delivering value-driven experiences for clients.
Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this position is around 51,000 GBP, which reflects the industry standards and the level of expertise required for this role.
