Architect II Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Architect II to join our team in the development of large-scale, integrated design projects across various sectors. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with global design teams and specialist consultants while contributing to socially impactful and award-winning projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of architectural principles, excellent technical skills, and the ability to manage documentation and coordination across complex projects. Proficiency in Revit (BIM) is mandatory, and experience with SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools is highly valued.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Participate as a team member in the development of aesthetic and technical designs and preparation of architectural drawings and construction documents.
  • Assist with construction administration services and coordination at project sites.
  • Collaborate closely with the Principal in Charge, Project Architect, and Project Manager.
  • Lead and support BIM modeling, drawing documentation, and compliance reviews.
  • Coordinate with consulting engineers, specialist consultants, and suppliers.
  • Attend client meetings and maintain excellent client relationships.
Qualifications and Skills
  • BArch / MArch (Master's preferred)
  • 5–10 years of experience in an architectural practice (international firm experience a plus)
  • Proficiency in Revit (BIM) is mandatory
  • Strong skills in SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite / Affinity Creative Suite
  • Experience attending construction progress meetings and resolving on-site queries
  • Prior exposure to educational, healthcare, and mixed-use projects is highly valued
