Business Systems Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Specialist to join our Sales Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and usability of our sales tools through timely and accurate resolution of support tickets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high-volume queue of support requests, prioritizing issues to ensure timely resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Triage Level 2 tickets, providing clear information to stakeholders to facilitate prompt resolution.
  • Assist in scheduled maintenance of systems via data migrations, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Monitor and maintain Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets, driving continuous improvement.
  • Manage access and visibility related issues, ensuring compliance with data security protocols.
  • Document best practices and usage guidelines to promote knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Collaborate with various internal/external stakeholders, including technical and non-technical customers, vendors, and sales teams.
Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years of professional experience in IT/Salesforce Helpdesk or Salesforce certified roles.
  • PREFERRED: Salesforce Administrator experience, with good knowledge of navigating Salesforce landscape and terminology.
  • Hands-on experience providing system and tools support to users, with a focus on data security and territory management.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Aggressive problem solver with excellent time management skills, quick learner, and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in sales processes and environments.
  • Good knowledge of sales tools and platforms, including Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Callidus CPQ, Clari, People.ai, ClosePlan, and Callidus Commissions.
