Job Title

About the Role:

As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for designing replenishment frameworks, setting stocking norms, analyzing demand/sales data, and monitoring compliance by distribution teams.

You will develop guidelines for assortment management and seasonal demand variations. Your expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and inventory modeling will drive business growth and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate or post-graduate degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Data Analytics, or related field. A minimum of 4–5 years of experience in supply chain planning, retail replenishment, or distribution analytics is required.

Key Skills include:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data modeling and dashboarding.
  • Business acumen in balancing availability with working capital.

Work Environment:

  • This position is based in an office environment with occasional travel to manufacturing sites, suppliers, and other company locations as required.
  • The role may require extended hours during peak periods or in response to urgent supply chain issues.

Success Measures / KPIs:

  • Accuracy of replenishment norms and models.
  • Stock availability at pharmacies (% fill rate, stock-out rate).
  • Inventory turnover vs. expiry losses.
  • Adherence to replenishment norms by country operations teams.
  • Improvement in forecasting accuracy and working capital efficiency.
