Debt Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing and delivering optimum performance in terms of recovery, recovery rate, and optimum utilization of field resources to increase efficiencies on the assigned portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial industry with at least 2 years of experience in debt collection or recovery management. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to handle pressurized situations, and ensure targets and deadlines are met.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in debt collection or recovery management
- Post Graduate qualification (MBA) desirable
