Key Role: Supply Chain Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage our hotel and flight contracting operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Hotel Contracting:
    • Negotiate and finalize contracts with hotels, resorts, and accommodation partners worldwide.
    • Build long-term partnerships ensuring competitive rates and value-added services.
    • Maintain high-performance properties and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
  • Flights Contracting:
    • Manage airline partnerships and secure special fares, commissions, and seat allotments.
    • Develop strong relationships with carriers and consolidators to optimize flight supply.
    • Integrate flight inventory seamlessly into our systems.
  • Product Development:
    • Create innovative travel products/packages combining hotels, flights, and experiences.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to enhance product offerings.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch successful products.
Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of experience in supply management, hotel contracting, airline contracting, or travel product development.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent industry connections with hotels, DMCs, and airline partners.
  • A proven track record of creating profitable travel products.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multi-stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
