Transaction Monitoring/AML Analyst

The Role:

  • Screen individuals and entities against global sanction lists to identify potential matches.
  • Review high-risk scenarios and false positives, making recommendations for exception or escalation.
  • Conduct complex research and investigations to confirm sanctions screening matches.
  • Release or escalate potential matches according to working instructions and relevant compliance department guidelines.

About the Position:

  • This is a key role in our organization, requiring strong analytical and logical reasoning skills, with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and develop well-reasoned recommendations.
  • Familiarity with internal systems and processes or similar processes at other institutions is highly valued.
  • A self-starter capable of working under minimum supervision is preferred.

Your Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in KYC Sanctions Screening with a maximum overall experience of 7 years.
