Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance & Accounting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial reporting, and book closures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing statutory audits, ensuring compliance with IND-AS and German GAAP, and maintaining strong internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.

This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Key Skills:

  • Accounting & Reporting: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and book closures.
  • Audit & Compliance: Expertise in managing statutory audits and ensuring compliance with IND-AS and German GAAP.
  • Taxation & Legal Compliance: Familiarity with VAT, corporate tax, and local regulations for smooth operations.
  • Financial Analysis & Forecasting: Ability to prepare budgets, forecasts, and conduct financial analysis to drive decision-making.
  • Business Intelligence & Reporting Tools: Proficiency in Power BI for reporting and business intelligence.
  • Internal Controls: Strong focus on internal control systems to ensure accuracy and prevent financial discrepancies.
