Job Overview

We are seeking a Strategic Initiative Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in identifying, testing, and scaling strategic projects that unlock new growth or operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute end-to-end project plans, ensuring successful pilot execution, stakeholder alignment, measurement, and handoff.
  • Analyse performance data and user feedback to inform strategic decisions on initiative scalability, iteration, or sunset.
  • Design and implement internal frameworks to capture and share learnings across the organisation.
  • Contribute to strategic planning processes and initiative pipelines based on emerging market needs.
  • Serve as a thought partner to leadership by providing structured problem-solving and strategic input.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 2–4 years of experience in strategy, product ops, consulting, growth, or program/project management roles.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills; proficiency in Excel, SQL, or data platforms is an asset.
  • Proven ability to lead projects independently and work effectively in unstructured environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – you enjoy solving complex problems and building from scratch.
  • Previous experience in high-growth environments, internal strategy/innovation teams, or startups is highly valued.
About the Role
