Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary leader to manage and execute our ambitious portfolio of initiatives.

This high-visibility leadership role will work directly with the executive team, global policymakers, and enterprise executives to shape the future of AI governance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI, governance, and emerging technologies, as well as exceptional project management skills and experience working with corporate sponsors, government partners, or international organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio Management: Prioritize and plan initiatives based on impact, ROI, and strategic value.
  • Execution & Delivery: Lead cross-functional teams and vendors to execute initiatives, develop and manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with global policymakers, enterprise executives, event organizers, and sponsors, and present progress updates to leadership, sponsors, and partners.
  • Sponsorship & Revenue Enablement: Support sponsorship strategy by aligning initiatives with corporate and NGO partner goals, and ensure deliverables for sponsors are met with excellence.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in program management, strategic initiatives, or operations, ideally in AI, technology policy, or global nonprofits.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar programs and complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of AI, governance, and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional project management skills with ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
  • Experience working with corporate sponsors, government partners, or international organizations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and take ownership of outcomes.
