About Our Team:
We are a newly established department aiming to revolutionize the way we do business. Our primary objectives include:
- Building customer-centric products using human-centered design principles for retail and micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) customer segments.
- Creating innovative products and propositions backed by problem-solving mindsets to discover and solve latent customer needs.
- Developing Embedded Finance applications.
- Ensuring designs are highly available, modular, scalable, and secure.
- Driving digital growth.
We manage various applications, including mobile apps, netbanking platforms, and online platforms for savings, current accounts, and fixed deposits.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for driving adoption and engagement across customer segments. This involves crafting and executing strategies for new customer acquisition, increasing customer value through cross-selling, win-backs, and transaction intensity.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape our product development and drive business outcomes.
