Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

\

The successful candidate will have hands-on technical expertise and proactive problem-solving skills. They will install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, networks, printers, and systems, as well as monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal uptime.

\

In addition, they will manage user accounts, access rights, and security permissions, provide technical support to employees, and resolve IT-related queries. The IT Administrator will also oversee data backups, recovery processes, and disaster recovery planning, implement and monitor IT security measures, coordinate with vendors, and maintain inventory of IT assets.

Qualifications & Skills

  • \
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\
  • 2–4 years of experience as an IT Administrator/System Administrator or similar role.\
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.\
  • Hands-on experience with networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, routers, switches).\
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Workspace, etc.).\
  • Good understanding of cybersecurity practices.\
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.\
