Job Title:

A highly skilled Test Automation Developer is sought for a challenging position in industrial automation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in C# and Python programming languages, as well as hands-on experience in simulation environments and automation workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using C# or Python.
  • Collaborate with domain experts to understand industrial automation systems and develop test scenarios and simulators.
  • Work closely with product development and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop simulation modules that mimic real-world industrial components and processes.
  • Create tools/utilities to support test automation, debugging, and continuous validation of software systems.
  • Analyze test results, identify root causes, and drive issues to closure.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for software quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development using C# .NET.
  • Strong experience in test automation frameworks (NUnit, MSTest, xUnit or custom-built frameworks).
  • Solid understanding of industrial automation systems, PLC logic, SCADA, HMI, or equivalent.
  • Experience with simulation tools or developing simulation environments for testing.
  • Familiarity with protocols like Modbus, OPC UA/DA, or industrial communication standards is a plus.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git, Azure DevOps, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.

Good to Have:

  • Domain knowledge in process automation, manufacturing systems, or robotics.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.
