About Your Role:

  • Directly manage, coach, and develop team members, and provide day-to-day supervision.
  • Monitor and assist team members in a matrix-based environment to ensure client requirements are met along with team individual KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with onsite partners and stakeholders while ensuring to provide them with the best experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the achievement of team unit productivity and quality goals.
  • Manage a team of 10-15 resources.
  • Shadow the new hires for a minimum of 2 full recruiting cycles and provide additional support if required.
  • Set up daily production goals and expectations bay-wise huddle (3-5 mins) and have your danglers ready for the day.
  • Workload balancing.
  • Weekly one-on-one sessions (1-2 recruiters - RCs) with MOM documentation.
  • Follow up on submissions with the account team.
  • Follow up with each and every individual on post-interview updates and pending offers.
  • Act as a liaison between Manager and your team for all activities, feedbacks, and outcomes.
  • Train and mentor coach team members to help them achieve their individual and team goals.
  • Celebrate the success of each and every individual.
  • Send daily, weekly, monthly reports/dashboard to internal and onshore teams.
