Job Description

The Strategic Recruitment Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies to attract, source, and hire top tech talent. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, building relationships with external partners, and improving recruitment practices to ensure we have a competitive edge in acquiring and retaining the best talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategy in alignment with organizational objectives
  • Identify and prioritize talent needs across the organization and develop recruitment plans
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience required strictly in the Talent Acquisition domain
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, tools, and best practices
  • Experience in managing full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
