Job Title: Business Development Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team at Draup. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the North America market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Target Account Management: Work on a designated set of named target accounts to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential clients within target accounts.
  • Outbound Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other communication channels.
  • Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and fit for our solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and improve outreach campaigns.
  • Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with leads to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on outreach activities, lead quality, and pipeline status.
  • Feedback: Offer insights and feedback to improve our sales processes.

Requirements:

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in a B2B SaaS business development in the North America market.
  • Degree in technology, business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent research and prospecting abilities.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex software solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Resilient and able to handle rejection.
  • Collaborative team player.
