Overview
BETSOL is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic sales initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver targeted sales campaigns and strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and drive business growth.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategy.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
