SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors consultant with expertise in Onboarding (ONB) 2.0. If you are passionate about delivering impactful HR solutions and driving digital transformation, this role is for you.

Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Location: Bangalore

Full-time Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Configure and implement ONB 2.0 processes, including upgrades from ONB 1.0.
    • Design, implement, and support complex business processes in SuccessFactors.
    • Conduct discovery sessions with customers to understand business needs and propose best-fit solutions.
    • Integrate ONB 2.0 with upstream and downstream systems, including third-party applications.
    • Provide best-practice guidance on customer processes and ensure smooth adoption.
    • Continuously stay updated with bi-annual SuccessFactors releases and guide customers through upgrades.
    • Conduct design sessions and workshops with stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • • Certifications in ONB 2.0 and Employee Central (mandatory).
    • Additional certification in any other SAP SuccessFactors module (preferred).
    • Strong knowledge of ONB processes in global organizations.
    • Exposure to system development, analysis, and testing.
